Pannier rack compatibility

Hi all I have come across a rather odd issue with my rack and bags. It seems that due to the design of the Madison summit rack and the fixings on carradice bags, the anti sway clip wont fit onto the rack properly. So first of all a heads up to anyone else thinking of getting this combo and secondly, does anyone around the exeter area have a silver Tortec expedition they fancy swaping with me?

Will it work if you fit the anti sway catch to the leading edge of the bag rather than the rear?

Nah I'm afraid not. if you google the rack you will see that the bars over lap where the antisway clip is, meaning it is to wide for the sway clip to fit around them.
