I’m going to be selling some of mine. XXL jacket (just about unworn), XXL winter shirt (still in packet) and XXL black/yellow short sleeve - anyone interested (and going to Bisley this weekend?)
I might be, but not sure about the size Could you pm a couple of photos please?
Thanks
Mike
For anyone still looking for a PH cycling jersey, I've just got a quote for replacing two of mine from OWAYO.
I was wearing both (layered not for warmth but to increase pocket capacity) when I was hit by a car and both are damaged.
I used design codes printed inside the rear pockets to get a price from the company and they've replied with...
So some idea there for anyone who would like a reprint of one of the 'Garlick era' OWAYO jerseys. Paul Garlick's name even appears on the quote as he must have dealt with the original order for these shirts.
I'm going to be claiming the replacement value from the driver's insurance company as far as I'm allowed, but not sure I'll actually be ordering the replacements as I've still got at least one brand new one of these jerseys lurking in a wardrobe still in the packaging.
I'm sure their website price list shows a lower unit cost per jersey as the batch size increases, and I'm confident the design of the jersey itself has been improved since our "group buy". If I was in a better place mental health-wise I might be tempted to start a list and see if we could get another group buy going.

2 x Cycling Jersey C5 Pro Short Sleeve, 4/4 zipper concealed, with large reflector piping, with mini-pocket at £79.20 each = £158.40
1 Manufacturing logo removal at £3.33
1 Shipping and packaging at £4.80
VAT incl. 20% at £27.76
Net Sum 138.77
Total cost £166.53 (for two jerseys, delivered) with a four to five week lead time.
I did provide them with two design codes, but it's not clear from their reply whether the quote is for one 'black body with white logo and red trim' and 'one white body with black logo and yellow trim' or if it's for two copies of the same design. I'd have to clarify which design/s I'd be getting at the ordering stage.1 Manufacturing logo removal at £3.33

Ah, you could have papped me during the race! That was me after the finish, too impatient to queue
for the pressure washer bike wash so I pedalled through that flooded section of road four times. Surprisingly effective at cleaning the crap off the bike too.
Were you racing as well, or there as a spectator? It was horrible out on the course. Those puddles, that mud, and the wind on the return leg down the beach was something to experience!
Battle On The Beach number seven (out of ten editions) completed. I missed the first two years because I simply hadn't heard about it, and also missed the (postponed in the end) Covid edition.
I'm saying "never again" right now, but somehow I know, come New Year's Eve, I'll be logged on and buying an entry for the 11th edition the moment entries "go live"...

I wasn’t going slow enough Yes, some of the mud bogs had an interesting smell, and the return down the beach was particularly grim, but there was a small measure of enjoyment
The five hour drive home was also grim, through the wind and rain, but as the bikes were on the roof, the weather did a stirling job of cleaning the mud off.
I haven’t checked Our Lasses camera yet, so there might be some “action” shots of you grinding into the headwind.
