Assume the first pic is after you removed the tubeless tape?New wheel being overnight shipped to me under warranty.
Bored of my wahoo kickr rollr not running correctly. It struggles to give correct variance during erg mode.
So out with the old and in with the new rollr move and climb.
Also wanted some music on the bike for longer rides when my bone conduction headphones and sunglasses hurt the side of my head after a number of hours.

Worst thing about that job is cleaning up all the old sealant. I love tubeless but it makes for messy work when doing jobs like that!
I just hose the tyre down and leave whatever can't be displaced, it seems to create and even thicker barrier against thornes too! My tyre is probably 20% heavier though lol.My newish eMTB Cannondale Mottera Neo 3 continues to frustrate me... its a Bitsa
Spec on Cannondale and the website I bought from says :
Brakes Shimano MT420 4-piston hydraulic disc. Bought pads to suit. as too lazy to go check in the shed - they are SRAM DB*'s. So pads went back.
Rear cassette Shimano Deore M6100 - bought two for the shelf. Pulled one out to change. They are not. But SRAM and hyperglide not microspline. But Mech is Shimano Deore XT.
So, This weekend, sent lots back, bought the rights versions instead....

Finally setup with the Purple Peril. Forgot to buy an XDR adapter and needed to take the rear wheel to LBS as couldn't get the Ingrid cassette fully off with a hammer at home.
Wahoo kickr move and climber thing.
Nice set-up, I'm starting to think I should invest a bit more into mine, would lover a climber thingy. Wahoo kickr move and climber thing.
Mine has turned me into a bit of soft fair weather rider though as it makes it too easy to sack off the cold/wet and just do an indoor ride.
