ok suppose the bill is 15K the PHers collect 7k between them then the rebuild cant go ahead cause of lack of funds ............ there will be some pissed off people and in this world and peticulary this forum bad news travels fast,
if i was Andy id Tread very carefully and think it all through befour any damage is done
