Anyone who is that determined to win at all costs is not likely to be a very nice person.

I would be interested in hear JF side of the story - Not that I have any reason to doubt Austin. Just would like to hear both sides

Although it's 12 months old, read this: http://www.autoweek.com/article/20110117/NHRA/1101...

I don't particularly like Force, but my view is that after you cut through the JF TV persona, he looks after the ones "he loves" and that whilst Coil was probably being looked after financially, the whole team was moving on and Coil simply became what he thought was a victim, who could have quite easily been on the JF payroll for another 10+ years.

The main message from Coil is in the answer to the very first question. Times move on and there is no place in big business for friendships. Coil must be 65+, so maybe all of it was just a handy excuse....

We are all either employers or employees. Some lucky people do a job they love. Many are fortunate enough to get along with their bosses. Anyone who confuses what is ultimately a commercial relationship with "friendship" is going to end up disappointed...

25 years?

not many MARRIAGES last that long, id say it went well, and didnt really have a nasty end, no-one got shot! (unlike some marriages) hell, some folk would think 5 years a good run
