How about that then? A worldwide very high profile company interested in the Pro Mod class at last..
It's got to be good for british drag racing...

Companies House has the following to offer: http://wck2.companieshouse.gov.uk/c7dbe83f29126ab8...

And before anyone gets sniffy that is a link to a government operated public access website.

More good news on the sponsor front!
With sponsors being such a discussed (and comparatively scarce) commodity in drag racing I reckon they get better odds of a second glance to the products behind the logos.
Not so lost in the crowd, not so taken for granted and more welcomed by racers and supporters if you like .

Even me, Humble Joe Public has been known to opt for Silverline Tools, Lucas Oil Products, chose a PS, shopped at B&Q and scoffed Pukka pies for subliminal reasons I never seem to understand wink

Looking at the piece on Eurodragster about the Shockwave body wrap was very promising with 2 sponsors who are not suppliers within the industry.

A few years ago(well, the 90's anyway), when Touring cars were big business and 9 manufactureres were involved, I remember that in 1 particular season the only non industry sponsor was Alders(RIP)who gave some minor support to the Ford team.

It is pretty common for motorsport to be funded from within the industry, so Smokehead Whisky and more importantly Marshall Amplification are significant sponsors imo.
