Been lurking here for some years but now takes the plunge so please be gentle;)
Peter Svensson ran 5,81 at Tierp yesterday of throttle at about 1000ft.
I really think the Svenssonbrothers might be the fastest TF Bike on the planet and might break the world record!
Impressive to say the least!!

Not involved with the team, just your regular grandstand racer.
Yes, Spiderman sits on the record, 5,79!

Well done to soren and peter, just outstanding! He also ran 210mph IN THE 1/8TH!!!!!!!! and shut off early, very early.
If those guys make it to valdosta at the end of the season, you may well see the new quickest man on 2 wheels in tfb.
Bj's orginal tfb is now the one kev charman and rene have been riding, which i was amazed when he told me on the line at last years finals.
The other/newer imperial wizard will be ridden by otto knebl next weekend at the pod!
I cant wait! see you all theresmile

No reason to have to do it in the states. It could be done at Tierp or the Pod.

I was thinking more along the lines of 'if its done in america then it must have happened' kinda thingsmile
Would be great wherever they did it, as long as they do...smile

McBride sits up top of "The List" with a 5.746. The 5.81 from the Svenssons this weekend is a new European best (not record). The Svenssons best 660' is 3.747 and they have run the back half as fast as 1.988.

If you have a chance you should try to be at Tierp in a few weeks. The current UEM Top Fuel Bike record will most likely be broken there.
