For a minute there i thought - booger, i don't have channel 5... then i remembered i'd be at work so i can watch it... (they have Freeview)
I have Freeview, and still can't get Channel 5, on either analogue or digital. It sucks to be in a poor reception area. Hell, I haven't even been able to get BBC1 for the past couple of months...

What was up with that last run on Sunday?? Your car looked a bit unstable in the second 1/8th, a kind of rocking motion??
That would be what SE christened the dreaded "drag radial rock" that affects drag radial tyres from time to time; Andy's suffered with it quite a bit, I've had a few bouts of it and Ian Hook suffered with it - a lot - with the M/T ET Drag radials last year. The back of the car starts to 'roll' from side to side; the sensation is not unlike being in a small boat in choppy seas.Edited by liner33 on Tuesday 2nd October 09:31
Its usually happens when one tyre starts to unload causing it to spin; then it grips and shocks the other tyre into unloading so beginning a chain reaction that eventually unsettles the car so much that you have to lift. Its solved by a combination of tyre presssure, 4 link settings and engine tune but, like most things in drag racing, making it work once doesn't guarantee it will work the sanme next time!
