....in your garage what would they be!

37 Ford Coupe Legends Car...but with a pro stock bike engine in (obviously!)
Kev Slyfields Willys Coupe Pro Mod Car
Plymouth Roadrunner (Exactly Like Voodoo Hemi)

what about you guys?

Top Fuel dragster
Mk 3 Ford Capri Pro Mod (blown, naturally)
John Sleath's first Audi (the one he crashed -- for an 8 second car, it just looked so normal from the outside)

Short of a lottery win, I can see any of those happening, but it never hurts to dream...

Arguably, I already have 3 race cars in my garage, but none of them are quick enough for anything other than Sportsman ET :-)

Very hard to narrow it down to 3

Top Fuel rail goes without saying.

Hard to choose between Fuel altered and Pro Mod but ill go for the latter, Cant choose a body style as this changes by the week, could be anything from an Audi R8 to a Chevy buisness coupe.

Third choice goes away from the straightline stuff but keeps with the 1/4 mile sprint. It would be a class 10 autograss car (unlimited dirt oval racing) just for a bit of sideways fun.

I wouldnt be going totaly soft though as it would be powered by a 600 bhp+ blown small block.

First choice would be our beloved Rat Fink. That way we wouldn't have to sell (which now looks highly probable.....with no replacement).

Second choice; Colin Lazenby's '56 210, that car looks so good it hurts.

Third; Hmm....dream time, I'd love a total outlaw car! Cynergy bodied '67 Camaro with a twin mag, twin pump fuel engine on at least 80% pop with a 2-speed and/or lock up clutch. It'd have to have a solid rear end too. In practice it'd be very difficult to get it to work but if it hooked up....damn! It'd probably go bang and blow my legs off but I'd be willing to take one for the team! biggrin

Oh god tell me about it...i've had enough of people telling me the Corrado is sold. It breaks my heart so i truly empathise with you.

Ok so i'd have the Corrado... Thats[1]
Chris Isaacs vanguard as that so rocks.. i mean one of fourteen left and he turns one into a drag race car! Awesome! Thats [2]
And... and.. probably a Blown Pro Mod car of some sort. I have so many wishes on the body type its crazy. A station waggon esque/Camaro/Vette. Decisions! Thats [3]

I have my own dream which a few people know about. No it isn't top fuel, actually super gas/comp/pro would be nice in a new style beetle and a big block chevy under the hood. Not special to you guys, but surely one can only dream. smile

Horrible isn't it? I've grown up with that car, from being 11 years old under the back scraping off John Scott's old rubber, to winning the championship as a crew chief at 24! The worst part of it is that there may not be a replacement as sponsorship is less than forthcoming right now and we can't afford another self-funded season. I've got a few leads at the moment so I'm not giving up without a fight!!! Best case scenario is that we can get a new car, take the engine and trans from Rat Fink and just put a sheet over her. We shall see. It's amazing how attached you can get to these hunks of steel and fibreglass!
