The thing I hear a lot about Alastaro is that there's a superb restaurant there. I just wished I'd been to the track and sampled my favourite dish at this place. Of course, that'd be a plain salad with no dressing, please! Yeah, right....

Correct. And the best thing about it is, it's open until 3am, so after a long night thrashing to get the car ready for the first round the following morning, you can still go and get a steak and chips before grabbing a few hours sleep :-)
