very frustrating the European coverage I must say.
I know, as I filmed for the production company that was making it about 4 years ago.
Shame they can't get a better TV coverage deal. I guess the broadcasters just don't see it as a big audience (or even medium) show. I think the coverage could be done better, more like the American NHRA show.
Talking of which, is this on anywhere? It seems to have fallen off the Five and Five US tv listings.

There IS footage from Hockenheim 08,
I spent about 25 hours in the cuting room of the crew that filmed there,
telling them what class, round, drivers/riders, and results they shot.
There will be a DVD (dont ask me when) showing all FIA 1/4 , 1/2 and Finals,
"Nitro Bike Thunder" rounds (not all runs) and Finals ,
and the Finals of all Sportsman classes, plus a potpourri of Night Show/pit/off track.
If I had my way, there will be two sound tracks on the DVD, german and english,
so this thing could be distributed internationally.
If I REALLY had my way, there would be 3 sound tracks , german, english,
and RAW original
sounds 
(you couldn´t quite escape my 
motormouth there on PA).
We will see, this is not in my control (the commentary may be....
)

Have I misunderstood which DVD you were referring to Benni? There is no Hockenheim on the 2008 FIA/FIM/UEM DVD if the press release is correct.I spent about 25 hours in the cuting room of the crew that filmed there,

The press release is correct. To put it diplomatically, the promoter of the Nitrolympx has his own TV arrangements. Therefore the Nitrolympx will be released on DVD separately.Can you clarify which DVD you you spent 25 hours working on?
