Any of them really.

Loving :
Berts black Ford
Mickes Camaro
THE superbird !
Rolfs gold nugget

I could go on and name the whole european field really. To me, they are THE class to watch. I could miss the AA/TF and FC as long as I got to watch the 'mods.

Best class.... EVAH !!!!!!! LOL11111!!!!!!!!

Yours, a Pro Mod enthusiast.

Awesome class, I reckon my pick of the bunch has to be the superbird at the moment, always liked the black zephyr though, beautiful looking car

For me, the Lindahls' Camaro is going to be very hard to beat. It looked gorgeous in matt black[1], and when I heard they were painting it, I was horrified. Then they painted it gloss black. Good lads! Other than that, I've got a soft spot for Patrick Wikström's Camaro. I'm not overly keen on the new paint job, and he hasn't really shown the car's true performance yet, but I expect him to be knocking on the 5s door very soon. Freddy is, of course, a legend. I'm also keeping an eye on Johan Lindberg. The car is unbelievably ugly, but I have a feeling they'll be troubling the more established teams soon.

[1] As did the Superbird. And indeed Andy's Studebaker. But sadly neither of those lasted.

Oh, Tet! You and the 'black' thing again! I had hoped that you'd maybe used some of those "Black Therapy" coupons I sent you for Christmas, by now... but I'm beginning to fear it may be a lost cause!

Surely you have to agree though that white didn't suit Fredde's truck?

Fredde is easily the highlight of Pro Mod for me - an example of the character and passion that go into making a brick shaped object go that fast can be seen when looking back at the Finals meet where he lost the door on a run so flew a crewman back to Sweden to get another one, only to lose it again in the process of winning the final. I seem to recall he clipped the wall in the shutdown area as well, meaning there was an increasing amount of gaffer tape on the truck when it won.

Don't forget the marker pen flames on said gaffer tape smile

For me, 41 Willy's pro mods are the bee's nee's, the coupe version like Alan Pittmanns and Hans Knuters. All jelly mouldy and curvy. awesome biggrin

Ah, yes, I remember the horrid white paint job. You win (said he caving in at the first argument!) and I do recall that a drunken sponsor in a moment of inspiration offered Freddy a bundle of dosh to paint it white. An expensive hangover, I hear..

Freddie has to be my personal favourite, but I also loved Lars Inge Johansson's Impala(?) estate.

My personal favorite is the ex-Danny Cockerill '57 Chevy, now in the hands of Kristian Nystrom.
This car looks fast just standing still. I really hope the paint job stays the same as I don't think it could be bettered......or can it ?

With 40 or more Pro Mod teams in Europe how fantastic would it be if all the teams came out to play for one race......sigh........well I can dream can't I ?
