IF your refering to Knuts feature on Eurodragster about him selling the rest of his Top Fuel cars then i dont see it making much diference other than we may see the cars racing again as the days of Knut fielding 4 cars at one race are long gone. I think last season he only ran one Top Fuel car and that was only in Sweden.

His momentum in keeping TF to the forefront, when others have faltered could well be missed in the harsh times being faced at the moment, he and Rune have been right up at the front, at times having 70% of the euro-TF cars between them and looking safe, one has to worry if that solid platform is no longer there, he himself has (it seems) "mothballed" a AAFC, if he cant field one car, what hopes have all the others with fragmented supplies of parts and know-how....

This was the car I was supposed to be racing and that we got up to spec, despite being assured it would arrive race readyfurious even after two meetings the car was not race ready rage but so pleased we got out of it in the end as when it did run in the UK still in our colours and again in Finland and then Sweden the new driver had enough with Knut apparently due to him not sticking to agreements again, but it did not qualify at any event, went through at least three or four motors and we ran quicker in the A Fueler. Good ridence to him and his shady dealingsshoot , I later found out after my dealings with him that I was not alone and thankfully he has moved on bounce as he has no place in our sport any more! I believe we are amongst the very few that managed to get most of our money backsmile , I have heard most lost theirs hurl.
BTW do you think his parents were dyslexic biggrin do I get done for excessive use of smilies laugh

Interesting what Knut said about running through past Sunday if it rains....
Just one problem there,it's not a pro sport in Europe. Almost everyone involved has a job to go to on Monday.
I can't see how you would get over that hurdle?

you put one leg over at a time, try putting both over at the same time can be a big mistake

wont be a problem if you work for JCB, Jaguar. LDV, Woolworths. etc........you probably wont have a job come monday anyway!

The thing is most MOP (me included) would have thought "here is a jolly fine fellow, saviour and cornerstone of the sport"

Obviously some are not quite of the same opinion..........

sorry but unless you have been ripped off by him like most people, you can not talk smash do you really condone someone that rips off people in our sport, oh and BTW not just here but in the US too, there are several companies over there too that I have now met with, that will not nor would they ever deal with him again!

Long live the president you must be joking! and if you happen to be speaking with the president again I still have the $3,000 cheque he bounced on me and my lawyer!

If he tries it on in Thailand he will find out what justice is!

Unfortunately I thought the same, and when we met him he talked the talk but he just could not walk the walk.

But hey no problem despite what it seems I am over it now, just wanted to let other people know do not deal with this guy EVER !!

Peace, love and no rain for 2009 !! and our sport is better off without him!
