Only 2 weeks to go til the annual 'Parade of Power' around the streets of Wellingborough bouncebouncebounce

This year it's Friday 4th September... and it's looking like it's gonna be another great night.

So who's running from here...??

We're taking the new-look bike out for a play... but who else is taking part...??

Oh and if you haven't already entered... there's still time... just contact James at Santa Pod! phone

I'll be coming off the A14 probably taking the A509 into Wellingborough.

Hi John
You'll need to be parked up in Wellingborough before 6.30pm as they seal the town centre off to traffic between 6.30-9pm.
The swansgate shopping centre multi storey will also be closed between those times, but you can park in there before 6.30 (if you can find a space)... otherwise try the large car park behind Morrisons... or there's also Tescos if you fancy a bit of a walk into town!!!
Hope that helps!

Thanks for that ScoobySuZe.

Just one more question, is there a favorable place to stand and watch the parade ?

Last year the 'burnout zone' was down by the Castle Theatre near the Swansgate Multi Storey... Guessing it's gonna be the same this year... will let you know as soon as we get confirmation!
Anywhere around the one way system will get you a good view... and remember there's live entertainment up at the main pedestrianised zone and a lot of the vehicles go to the market square for an 'up close and personal' once the parade is finished!

Jackson's lane car park is your best bet. Get there around 5.45, walk down the hill into town and have a mooch around the Castle car park where the racers get ready. Then its a short stroll to Burnout Boulevard.
