Thank you guys smile
(And also Lee, ta for the e-mail, much appreciated sir). I'm relieved more than anything to get licensing over with. Unfortunately we nipped a few pistons too many to continue into Sunday, but the incrementals of Saturday's run look promising.

I've got a few manic weeks to sort out replacement bits, along with build up a spare pair of heads, so if anyone knows of a pair of Brodix BB-2 castings or built-up, please let myself or Fester know smile
(BB-2 specifically, as IIRC, deck thickness varied in the Xtra's, CNC's etc).

Again, thank you guys, it means the world to me, and the crew. Lastly, some thank you messages:

To my crew, you're all brilliant, and none of the weekend could take place without you. To Paul Stubbings, who got us out of trouble on Thursday, thanks Paul!

To everyone in the NFAA for welcoming us in. A special thank you to Adam 'I need a wee' Gleadow, Joe Bond, Dom Romney, pink wafery biscuit and anyone I've forgotten to mention, for being the best mates I could wish for.

And finally (this is turning into waffle), to Clive Mechaell for the kind words throughout the weekend. Growing up with Clive as a hero, it was quite surreal to be bench racing by the end of the weekend laugh

I never thought about it much, but Priddle & Jim Seward are local. Dopey shall hopefully be in the 6's before the end of the year. At which point, I might try drinking cider properly (I really cant get excited about the stuff at present, proof that I'm not a 100% Cowbell enriched country bumpkin)...
