I see that urs is selling 1 of his cars,and also stig is selling 2 cars and his truck ,any news as to why ? recession biting or upgrading

Doesnt fill me with much confidence seeing Stig selling that much gear doesnt look too good. I thought there was rumours of his son Kenni going to drive a fueller and licensing before the Main Event?????

I heard that someone from Stig's camp was going to license in fuel funny car before Main event but got delayed

Oh right not heard that lets see if anything comes of it. Would be nice if someone could clarify what actually is going on with Stig ie is he going to still race until a buyer is found or what?

Stig has had all that up for sale for a while now (more than a year). I guess it's a case of sell before you buy?

Urs has two rails, with only one driving, makes sense to sell one to raise funds.

Speaking of top fuel, does anyone know anything about Björn Mårtensson? I see he's entered in the first race a Tierp, but I don't know much about him. He owns (and is presumably driving) the dragster that Håkan Fällström was driving last year. Apparently he also brought a fuel altered over to the UK a couple of years ago and ran it in NFAA, but I don't remember it. http://nitrobear.se

He ran a black AA/FA Topolino as far as I can recall.

He ran 'The Dog' long nosed matte black Topo on cackle with help from Patrik Pers. it sounded brutal and made a nice launch, never came back though and it turned up for sale on Eurodragster about a year later, not heard anything since.
