Hi all,

Going to see a car tomorrow. The dealer works from his house apparently. Seems a bit odd, anyone else know of this sort of thing?

Company is called: greenwood motor company norwich. They have cars advertised on Autotrader and PH: www.pistonheads.com/sales/3381511.htm

Is this a common practice these days? Seemed odd that's all

Not un-common in the trade these days, keeps their over heads down, as ever with these things, buyer beware.

I bought a car from a home based dealer not too long ago. Did it full time and only had a handful of cars in stock. His price was by far the cheapest because he gave a free 2 year warranty included in the sale and was a pleasant enough guy, so was a no brainer!

I have been seeing this trend recently.But i will be very careful while dealing with such dealers.All the best.

ive bought two cars from work from home dealers and both have been good motors, hes been doing it for 21 years and showed my a photo album of the more interesting cars hes sold over the years including a M1!
