Accord type r crank pulley HELP!!!!!

I have an accord type r with the h22a7 the crank pulley is broken and I am struggling to get a new one without going to dealers. Where its 220 quid plus vat. For a pulley !!!
Anybody had this problem and can point me in the right direction.
I have heard the pulley off the k20 will fit can anybody confirm this.

Tearing my hair out with the Internet research now.

Done what a top bunch had a good laugh on fone and they got everything I needed plus few other bits.

No problem. Good bunch to know if you run an ATR, not many places have experience with them at all, let alone to the level they do.
