I'm using our Honda Jazz Mk1 ('57 plate) more frequently at present for trips to the Midlands & back from down South and was wondering what are the best tyres to soften the 'hard' ride of the Jazz please? I have read elsewhere that Michelin Cross Climates are good but is there anything else you would recommend?

I think this depends on how you drive. If you are going to be driving normally, gently even, then I think all season tyres are a perfect solution to the UK climate. If you have the space to store and swap full winters and live in the more mountainous rural areas of the UK, then I am sure it’s optimal to swap out summer and winter tyres each year.

I put Michelin cross climate 2 as they are reported as having excellent wet weather capabilities. My RWD 270 hp Leopard can easily put its tail out, so for me these tyres were perfect for my needs. They have been quiet and given me a lot of confidence

I fitted the Cross Climate + on my Jazz and I prefer them to the original Bridgestones.
