S2000 INDUCTION

Hi all,

As above really. Just bought an S2000 and looking for an induction kit for it. Don't want to change stock exhaust as i don't really want any power gains, just want abit better induction noise, especially in vtec!

What would be the best one? I've been told J's Racing is the best to go with but at nearly £800 its not exactly cheap. Mugen is even more at £1200!!!

Any advice would be good

I would begrudge paying £150 quid for a BMC nevermind over a grand!

I had a K&N induction kit fitted on my 04' S2000.. looked good and sounded lovely, especially in tunnels on the VTEC.

Easy mod to fit too, about 90mins..

Only problem it suffered from heat soak on occasion when in traffic.. a bit kango roo ee......... A sharp blurt of the throttle would clear it...

just take the lid off the standard box then for free.

Had heard about taking the lid off the box. Will see how it goes but if i buy at all, not going to spend more than £200!!

One of the favourites is the AEM Induction kits
My favourite is this one!



BTW there are no real gains to had from exhausts or induction kits
