Article says that the driver walked away with only minor injuries. Lucky there was no one below! From the photo it looks like it landed boot first.

I know and have used that parking once. Very tight and apart from a mini, anything bigger may get you into awkward manoeuvres. He is a very lucky man not to have other damages other than some twisted metal and probably a very sore ego !
