Light blue TIV with BS plates?

Saw this last Saturday around 10.15am going towards France on the Palmrainbrücke. Anyone here?

Interesting! Can't say I've spotted it (yet!), although I did see a purple metallic, *LHD* Cerbera on ZH plates around Basel not so long back...
