Anyone else booked on?

It's with Apex trackdays. I did have a good time with them last time.

I've not done this circuit before, any brilliant pointers? biggrin

£125 I think. Website booking, or by phone.

I've heard one or two good things, I'm really looking forward to it. I'll try to find that track guide. smile

If you go on the Apex site, click on circuits, then the circuit you're doing there is a tab called track tips. Click on it and there's a couple of recent youtube videos.

Was there last saturday and had a great day, soon get used to going anticlockwise but overtaking is on the right which caused a few problems.

Did you make it?

Great little circuit, it was a cracking day. My little '5 was going well too!

Some photos from the day:

I've also got an excellent video of the last session chasing that lovely '65 (I think?) Griffith. The rain slowed him down just enough! biggrin I'll upload that tonight.

Unfortunately not, overly and unexpectedly hungover on Sunday. Annoyed that I missed it but I'll be back there again ASAP, plan to go to every weekend day possible.

Pleased you had a good time.

Nice pics! Put mine to shame. smile

Video chasing the TVR.

He was destroying just about everything in the dry, but the rain/water seemed to slow him down just enough! Even if he was taking it easy, I'm still rather pleased I managed to keep up.

What petrol stations do people use as I'm off on Saturday?

Gainsborough has a few supermarket petrol stations, and I think they mentioned one that stocks superunleaded in a different town during the briefing.

Unfortunately I dont think there's anywhere particularly close to Blyton that sells Super Unleaded. Do you need that? Where are you travelling from?
