Lol, Ade, don't get your hopes up! It's an RS but not as you know it!ade
Just picked up a RS Clio 200 to have a mess around with until I'm ready for my "other" new car

Should be fun, if not a little bit slower lappage than I'm used to. Pop down and say hello though.

I will try to pop down tomorrow but i'm a bit short staffed at work this week..
I'm booked with Circuit-days to do Mallory this Saturday 16th, then Oulton on Friday 22nd & Donington on Monday 25th...
Latest mods are done so be sure to come along with a lid for a ride!

Sorry for tardy reply!
Neither, I took the Westy to Oulton on a track day about a month ago and decided it was far too pretty to take the punishment - so bought purpose-built track day single seater from a top bloke in Leeds. It's powered by a Honda Blackbird engine and is, well, basic!
Say hello if you spot the car that fits the description!
Cheers.

Was a great day with awesome weather & some really nice machinery out on track aswell!
I was out giving some instruction in the red civic type R to a lad on his 1st track day and must say nobody hassled in the corners and gave plenty of time to pull over on corner exit.
I've been to Oulton quite a few times and i think the standard of driving was probably the best i have seen, plenty of track space and not over subscribed where you have to que up all the time to get on track and sometimes it can feel like you are on the M25.
Very impressed with the organisation on the day so well done to Easytrack, i'm not sure who the guy was who did the briefing but he had me lauging at some of his humorous comments!

Phil does the briefings and they are quite humerous.
The day flowed really well. Loads of space on track. Perfect conditions. No fluids on track (which gives the willies even after it's dressed). And the morning ran great. Coule of reds in the afternoon for breakdowns but that wasn't the end of the world. Great day as always by the Easytrack boys.
Nice to see Tim again, even though I now have a much slower car than him
So if anyone has any of a Black RenaultSport Clio 200 I'd love to see them.
Cheers

Cheers.
