single seater experience at Silverstone (lost voucher)

Hi, not sure if this is the reight section to ask this put here goes.

My mrs bought me a single seater experience at silverstone for my birthday I have gone to try and book the experience today and appear to have lost the voucher that comes in the pac (we have recently moved twice).

When I called and explained this they said they could not do anything about it even though its booked in her name etc etc and the code allocated has not been used. So tuff luck and will have to buy another one.

Is there another way around this I know my mrs spent over £100 on this and cant really offord myself to spend another £100 myself.

On another note has anybody done the experience and was it any good?

who did you get the voucher thru?
some places send an email confirmation and let you swap the vouchers. it seems harsh that they can see your payment etc but wont re-issue.

Get the missus to call up as she purchased it and ask for the voucher code.

Maybe trading standards could help or post this in speed, plod & law section someone there may help.

Did she buy it direct from Silverstone or through an agency?
Has she got her credit card statement with the date of the transaction?
