Depends what you mean by "soon". I'm there on Sat 4th Feb with GoldTrack and I think that might be the first of the year.

I've just booked up the trackday at the end of February (26th) through Silverstone's own website.

It's the full, new GP circuit, with use of the new pit complex included into the price.
