EDIT: sadly I can no longer recommend this company if you are looking to get a competitive price. Otherwise, if you don't mind paying a bit extra and want the convenience go for it...

I thought I'd let you all know about MOT Motorsport -mobile tyre fitting specialist for road and track tyres.

I have been looking for a set of track day tyres and had shopped online to find the cheapest prices. I bought a set before Christmas, was given a date and time for supply and fitting and was let down. Wasted a lot of my time and got a refund.

I continued my search and was lucky enough to find the above company.

After a few emails, phone calls and very good advice I finally decided on a set.
I payed for my tyres on Friday then had them fitted on Sat at Bedford Autodrome after a track day and was really impressed with the service. The cost was pretty much the same as the cheapest online prices I found and having the tyres fitted at the track is enormously convenient.

I'm sure there are other members here that could benefit from this service so thought I should let you all know...

Top service/advice/experience, so hassle free, good prices (worth emailing for a quote)and no stress about some muppet jacking your car in the wrong place or damaging wheels etc.

Highly recommended!!

Cheers,
Sam

Have to say it feels very 'professional racing driver-y' to have tyres fitted at the circuit!

He was at Spa last yer and swapped some tyres over front to back for me all cheap and well done. I also think he supports our Mazda Championship

Pretty much any mobile fitter will come out to tracks I think. I've seen Kiwk Fit Mobile and others in the past.

And I know Booktrack have their own tyre fitting kit in the lorry and can even carry your spare wheels (not sure about other trackday organisers).

Certainly makes a difference knowing you can get tyres done on site. It's a good idea.

Now if only they'd do cheap fuel too laugh
