Just wondered if I'm likely to bump into any other PHers weekend after next. I'll be in the drivers' seat of a Tiger R6 (run by Focussed Events themselves, and possibly and Alfa 147 Ducati thingamabob diesel. May also be passengering in a 2011 GT-R.

Let's hope for some good weather. See you there!

Canceled due to ice on the track. Unfortunately didn't let us know until we got there though, so a bit of a wasted day in all. Doing Snetterton on Saturday (18th) though so that's some consolation.

I'm at Snetterton on Saturday in my Focus RS. What car will you be in?

I'm hiring out the Tiger R6 from Focused themselves. 180bhp + 500kg = drivingcloud9

I'll also be doing some laps in ones of my uncle's cars. Either a black Alfa 147 Ducati Edition diesel (don't laugh, it's remapped to 200bhp, has an LSD and handles pretty nicely) or a grey 2011 Nissan GT-R.

Make sure to say hello if you see a 19 year old step out of any of the aforementioned - it'll be yours truly. And if you want to give me any passenger laps...

Glad I didn't book. Have they suggested any replacement Brands day yet?

There are other Brands days on their calendar on their website, but not for a while, so I opted to be transferred to Snetterton this Saturday.

You won't be getting in my way, that's for sure. Make sure say hello though, to the driver of the aforementioned cars.

Not my car (unfortunately, though unsurprisingly given my age) so not up to me, but I'll certainly try my best to get you a lap or two.

Good to see you. Sorry we didn't bring the GT-R, decided to give the Alfa a go this time and do the GT-R next time round. Would've definitely gone out with you if it wasn't for the fact that we decided to call it a day at half time. I'd done my stints in the Tiger, and the Alfa had done over 20 laps, which we felt was enough for the tyres and brakes. Also, it was beginning to rain - how was it in the wet in the afternoon?

Fantastic day all in. The Tiger was epic. Very tail happy (as you might expect with 180bhp in 500kg) but nice and benign beyond the limit. Quite strange moving from the Tiger straight to the Alfa though - no steering feel by comparison, and I used the gears like petrol, should've kept a gear lower out of the corners really to make the most of the torque. Brakes are a bit grumbly too now so might need new discs and pads on Monday.

Good track too. Quite technical but some fun corners in there.

I was there mate, had a bit of a nightmare with the ITR, clutch started playing up (master cylinder) about 15 miles away from track and I could hardly select a gear, so couldn't go out in it.

Decided to limp home back to Essex & get my other car, didn't get back until gone 3, still had fun when I eventually made it out on track biggrin
