Javelin Trackdays
Discussion
Yep did a day with them at Combe a year ago, They were ok...
I was 17 then and had to have an indemnity form sent over so I could print it off and get it signed by a parent..... I booked it a month before.... took 3 weeks of nagging for it to finally be sent over after each time speeking to them being assured it would be sent "later" or "tomorrow" at one point they said they had heard nothing of the sort and could not send a copy via email !
Other than that it was a pretty good experience, forany that won't be a problem being under 18.

have been on two days with them and both were well run and they are very friendly.
I just had to cancel a Javelin day for tomorrow because I lost my brake pads on Saturday. I emailed Colin from Javelin to ask if I could postpone and he said on this isolated occasion yes. Its a genuine reason and I tried all day to get new ones fitted with no luck. I'm happy not to have lost my money. Id like to say thanks publically to Javelin for being a cool customer focused business. I will definitely use them again just because of this. Thought I'd share this on the Javelin thread.I have been on many track days with Javelin together with my son. We are big fans of the events and the strict rules. We drive very hard and so does everyone else but they soon have you off if you are being irresponsible. That is why we book first with Javelin. Well run events that are fun
Nothing but praise for Colin and his team........had many trackdays with them all of which were conducted in a very relaxed manner (unless rules were broken!!). They give their marshalls first class training in fire and initial rescue actions and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, especially to trackday novices.
