Le Mans - Bugatti track

Oh it's simply fantastic. Probably the best circuit we have taken the Radical to. We did a 2 day visit there with Circuit Days and have been hunting for a chance to go back.
Very fast, very atmospheric, they run live recovery so very few hold ups.
There were some pretty hot Porsches there and they had a ball. So much so that they had to drive out and fill up every 45 mins!
Down the pit straight and round to the Dunlop esses then dropping down under the bridge was bloody marvellous.
Who you going with? We did get a note that RMA are doing a trip there with GRRC, but that's simply hideous money!
Melindi mentioned a possible trip there in late August but I don't know if anything came of it.

Like Rockingham, worth a visit but wouldn't waste money on going back. They had a competition to see how many hairpin's they could get in to a small area with a crap corner joining the Le Mans pit straight.
Really - that bad?I've never been to Le Mans before, was hoping it would be a nice little track.
Also i'm close to novice (8/10 track days under my belt), so don't mind if it's not the fastest or most dangerous track out there.

nothing like rockingham,i am there on the sunday and just up the way at the maison blanche(?) on the saturday,did the trip last year and loved it,dear beer tho!!I've never been to Le Mans before, was hoping it would be a nice little track.
Also i'm close to novice (8/10 track days under my belt), so don't mind if it's not the fastest or most dangerous track out there.

I've been to the Bugatti circuit about 5 times now. Personally it's one of my favourites and I've been lucky enough to have driven on nearly 20 different circuits including Spa, Silverstone, Charade, etc. It's a fast flowing circuit with some technical sections. It's used by the Moto GP and the first corner after the start/finish line is the fastest corner in the entire season. I'm going through it at 120mph in my Exige and it feels pretty awesome.
I've driven around there in a 996 Turbo as well and that was great, apart from trying to go through the above mentioned corner at 140mph and losing my bottle.
Delta racing are great they're very relaxed and most of the people who attend their events are from Jersey and the standard of cars is generally very high. Last year there was a GT2 RS a Scuderia and two Gallardo's amongst numerous other awesome cars. Personally for me I always feel safer as I know these people are not going to want to put their cars in the gravel.
The only down side I can think of is the 2 hour lunch break, but that's normal at almost all French track days.
I'd definitely say give it a go.

I didn't mean the track was like Rockingham, but that it was boring like Rockingham. Worth one visit to tick the box / say you have been there, done that. 
Glad to hear some positive about this track - we will only be there the saturday and indeed happy to have this organised by brits.
I attended Spa Francorchamps twice last year:
- 1st with UK organisers and it was superb, proper "open pit" format - absolutely loved it, super chilled
- 2nd with German/French organisers and it was hell! More organised like a private trackday for proper racers/teams to tune up their cars. Half the cars had gotten there loaded in trucks and with full mechanic teams to work on them.
