Javelin Track Day Car Hire

Hi all,

Im going to treat some of my staff to a day at Cadwell Park and plan to hire them a couple of cars to do it in (and attend myself in my Indy too).

Javelin seem to offer a good package with their MX5s. The people going are first timers on track so I think the track prepped MX5 will be enough for them.

Does anyone have any experience of using Javelin and their cars please? Ive been on Javelin track days and they've always organised good, fun and safe events in my experience but I havent ever hired a car with them.

For first timers have you considered Elvington or Blyton?

I'm assuming you're putting up the damage bond for all attendees, I know you'll be asking them to drive within their limits but Cadwell can be very unforgiving.

No, Im covering all costs but not the bond. It only motivates them to be careful if its their money. They know, they accept that.

Cadwell can be unforgiving though as you say, maybe I'll switch venues. Its a cracking circuit though so maybe I wont. Up to them, they've seen videos of the circuit so have some idea what they are getting into. Ill let them decide I think.
