Do any of the military types know what the tarmac is like at RAF Wittering (nr Peterborough), ie silky smooth or rough?

rough as a night out on brains dark and a seagull curry; it was used for harriers, so the surface is very rough; be prepared to take some tread off.

Don't suppose you'll be there on the 2nd June with Javelin, as I see theres an Integra R on the list?

Nah not me fella, been put off by the mixed reviews regarding surface structure (im to cheap at the mo to buy more tyres)
