Brands Hatch - June 20th 2012

Attending Brands' evening session on June 20th and just wondered if anyone else is going? I've not done a 'trackdays' event before. Any good?

I am hopefully going in my M3 but it's still in pieces so a bit hit and miss. A few mates booked on it though so I will be there to watch either way. A blue Nova, a black Starlet, an M3 CSL & Polo GTi

Great - will be in garage 1/2 with the track-club crew - got a coach with me so if the cars shifting its him driving !!

We will be there during the day with Gold Track , Silver Caterham R500 ,White Elise and hopefully we will have the Mitsi Evo 6 with its new 650BHP Engine it should be a intresting day havn't got a clue what Garage we will be in

Allways been intrested in the Juno they seem more the ideal Prototype track car

I've had two Juno's for track days

First one did about 30 track days over two years, one set of tyres and pads plus oil changes every 5-6 trackdays and that's it

Current Juno is now approaching it's first year with us and very reliable so far!

Gearbox, engines seem to go forever!

I will be there, trying out my 355 instead using it on bumpy roads with potholes.

I've installed some camera mounts this time.

Yes it will, so should be interesting. Been used to caterhams, TVRs and even the odd BMW but never taken a Ferrari out on a track.

Hope it goes well for you. I'm never likely to own a Ferrari but 355 is certainly a nice car. I imagine, were one to be made 'track focussed', they could be pretty quick. Mind you, even in road trim I'm sure it'll be great fun. Good noise too! I'll be there in my trusty old 3 series.

Mark, should have said Hi tonight, it all went by very fast. Good fun though.

Hope you enjoyed the night; there was a lot of spectators.

Importantly most people were being very sensible.
