Is anyone else going along to the Bristol Pegasus day at Combe on August 11th ?

Have done this one in the past and it is normally a good day - only 6 or 7 cars on track at a time and as it is run by a motor club the drivers are normally pretty sensible and the price is pretty good for Combe.

It is a £129 for anyone who is already a Pegasus Club member or £139 for non-members which includes membership to the end of the year. There is more info at http://castlecombetrackday.bristolpegasus.com

It is run in sessions rather than an open pit lane - that way the number of cars on track is limited to about 6 so it is not chaos on track like some of the days at Combe. Most of the people are pretty sensible - lots of them are sprinters etc. Most people find they get enough track time and certainly a lot more organised than some of the open pit lane setups which are ok if you don't mind the increased chance of your pride and joy getting taken out by someone elses mistake on a busy circuit.

Came along for the morning, and had a ride in a Clio with a keen newcomer. Standards are generally pretty high and very friendly atmosphere, a good event and well run. Looking forward to getting the Panda back there next year.
