Brands Hatch 30th August - Evening event with Easytrack?

Anyone going to Brands tomorrow evening? I'll be there (first outing in the Caterham). Weather looks iffy.

I'll be there in the Elise. The weather will be sunshine and showers, so hopefully we'll have some dry time!

Good stuff, fingers crossed for the weather.

I'll be in a blue caterham with double white stripe, and sharing a garage with a mate in an Azure Blue S1 Elise, so do pop over and say hi.

I'll be in a gulf blue S1 with black strips, so I'll think we'll easily know who each other is. Should be with another Elise aswell. Will definitely say hello, but if you see me first...

Sounds like we'll be pretty distinctive, so sure we'll manage to have a chat! Mr Flashman will not be there, unfortunately, but I'm sure you'll get to meet him at another track outing.

Yes, yes there were - standard (my mate's) a 111s and a Type-R engined beastie, IIRC.

The 111s seemed to be going well enough, all the cars sportinfg Toad stickers were Hondas, I should prob remove the S160 stickers now

Good to meet you last night. I'll post up some footage at some point over the weekend. I got the poor old Mini spinning in front of me, along with some tasty fun with the GT2 and some of Rodcouncil and his flame spitting "160".

Sounds good, look forward to seeing it. I feel for the Mini owner/driver - was going really well until its little off stopped play.

I was driving the GT2 and was very impressed with your cornering speeds, you were definatley harrying me, well done! I must try to carry more speed into the corners like you lightweight cars do.

Yep was me. What you might find more irritating though is that I was on standard road tyres. Wish I had the stickier Toyo R1R's on. You were pedalling very well. Lets not forget the small matter of £100k+ pound round track! Great to see it being driven quickly, as opposed to pootling round!

Ah the excuses, I wish I had rear tyres on that were not > 2 years old lol

R888's on both cars for Spa / BB see what the Honda's can really do.
