When is free, not free?

This is a question for admin, as they've closed a topic without even giving me an email address to query it.

If I have space in a garage, and I want to either let someone stash a car there for free, or for a nominal sum (so I don't actually lose money on it), surely that's different from me saying "I run a business storing cars, and our rates are....", which isn't the case.

Can admin comment? I thought it was quite a useful offer, if anyone on PH near me needs extra garage space - certainly not trying to make oodles of cash from it.

It's no free if you have a minimal charge!
