thinking of selling track car.

hi, im thinking of selling my track car (retoga r1) the gearbox requires alittle attention (2nd gear is noisy.i do have a spare gearbox for the car. would it be worth me replacing the gearbox before i sell it, or sell it as it is at the right price!! the car comes with spares package. the engine in the car was built last year by bike specialist, mike smith tuning. the engine runs perfect,no knocks, rattles or smoke etc.the car also has a powertec diff with changable gear ratios.
