Totally off topic - but I thought I'd ask as I saw Oulton Park in the 'What's New' threads:

Can a member of the public turn up to watch at a track day? The kid loves F1 and nearly fainted with excitement when we saw some go-karting once, so I think she'd like watching at a real track, but her attention doesn't last too long( she's 3), so cheap is good too - and I'm hoping the answer to my question is that you can just watch because the circuit want to sell you memorabilia and over-priced coffee?

No problem, you can get in for free to watch a track day . You can get close to some really nice road going cars and balls out race cars.
