has anyone done a track day with a car with all round drums?
Discussion
used to rally a car with drums but was a long time ago.
I live close to ferodo so i used to take the old linings to them and they would re-shoe them with a product called VG95 ( i think), the front pad equivalent was DS11 which is now DS3000.
Anyway , probably best talk to a specialist like questmead to see if there is anything off the shelf.

Perfectly doable, as long as you take it easy and are aware that the brakes could go at any time. Much like any track drive, leave a sensible margin for error or mechanical failure and you won't go far wrong. More than likely the little Mini won't be touching speed where a little brake fade means a big off. If you like tracking the Mini, it'll probably end up with discs on it at some point anyway!

lol At the end of the day its for fun and not lap times. The brake fade will probably add to the excitement at some point
