Anyone doing this Javelin day - weather forecast is for dry 20 degrees which will be amazing if it happens after this winter - ill be there in a blue Atom 300 with driver coach Ben Elliott - if we are shifting it'll be him driving !! Site says the day is sold out - surely there must be some PH folk going

Yep I'll be there in an e36 M3 evo as no more GT3's or Radicals now I'm a family man

Does the Atom pass the noise regs there? I love the circuit but have quite a noisy car so wondered how others have got on there.

My Atom 3 300 has no issues - some older cars struggle and the sports exhaust is an issue (not many cars have them) but if the exhaust is standard it's fine pretty well everywhere - defo fine at Bedford

Always under 90 - 86 or 87db

I have been there with a whole swarm of Atoms buzzing around so they definitely pass the noise test!

wow - great for the performance! I think I'm way over that sadly, but I do have a quiet exhaust that I can fit if I want to so it's my fault - I like noisy . Still, there are plenty of noisy days out there, it's just a shame to miss out on Bedford. I must also say how ridiculous the noise limits at Bedford are. JP's a top guy and he's built a fantastic venue and two championships; to be put under noise regs operating that track in the middle of nowhere is truly ridiculous.

It's the type of noise - i assure you a supercharged Atom is not quiet when it's at 8,500k revs and your left ear is a few inches from the air intake with the charger at full whine - deeper base sounds from sport exhausts cause the problems for noise meters

Great day today - very windy but warmed up and track very grippy - a lot of cars in attendance in keeping with a Javelin day and quite a mixed group but I saw very few incidents - one glorious spinner in front of the pits ( silver MR2) but don't recall a red flag

My car went well and had a good day working on some techniques with Ben Elliott

By the way comment above on noise was way off - I was measured at 96.5db static and no issues with drive by

Fantastic Day, my 1st for a few years. I was in the Black Celica with the BGW. Lol

Great bunch of folks in attendance and many thanks to those that gave myself and my friend (Liana) passenger rides (Greeny/gold Porsche, Nissan GTR and Gold MX5).

I hope you get the judder sorted Mike.
