Blyton Park Sunday 21st April
Discussion
Got my first trackday this year booked for next Sunday 21st April. Really looking forward to it. Pretty much since September last year my car's needed something doing, now, hopefully, I should be able to get a day in without many issues!
I'm dragging a few people along, we may even have 3 cars there. My Locost, a friend's Seat Ibiza and another pal's Alfa 156 GTA. (I doubt the GTA, should it come along, will do many laps.)
With Apex trackdays. Is anyone else booked on, or considering it?

Nice video.
I watched the other one also. Don't worry, you're not alone, I also had the pleasure of watching Danny disappear rather quickly!
I never did introduce myself. Apologies.
I really enjoyed the day. It was busy and I was worried early on that the number of red flags could have made the queues build, but that didn't seem to happen.
The afternoon was very entertaining, as my little group were swapping between my car, and my friends' cars, the Ibiza 1.6 (slow but a giggle on track) and an Alfa 156 GTA. My first time driving an Alfa, loved it!

Awesome Video AdiT! Going really well (what was with the Green Focus, he had mirrors.....!!)
It was my first day out in a new car, but also being new to track days.
I found the venue to be awesome, great crowd, well organised without being too authoritarian about it all!
Nearly everyone on track was courteous, aware and not lairing around like idiots.
Unfortunately my day didn't end too well, power steering pipe failure igniting straight on to a red hot turbo (egt showing close to 700 degrees, gulp), so the damage caused meant I couldn't drive it the two and a half hours home, but I still had a massive smile on my face on the way home on the back of a wagon.
Look forward to getting the car back together and out again, now that I have a taste for this black flat stuff rather than the gravel!
