Dear MSV Trackday Driver

Thank you for booking the Brands Hatch Grand Prix Circuit Track Day on 27 June.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the format of this event has been amended to an ‘Open Pit Lane’. This means all vehicles that attend will be mixed together like most other GP event days. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused; we understand this change could be disappointing for people.

The Open Pit Lane format provides you with flexibility to go on and off circuit as you please throughout the 7 hours of track time available!

If you would like to remain booked into this event, you don’t need to take any further action.

Alternatively, if you would prefer to cancel your booking you must do so by responding to this email by 5pm Thursday 13 June with your preference of a full refund or full credit.

Any additional bookings made will now be at the higher price of £425 per car, but for the avoidance of doubt all current bookings will be honoured at the lower price of £325.

We look forward to seeing you on 27 June.

Kind regards

Matthew Bates
