Yeah I'll be there along with a bunch of guys from Meganesport.

I was hoping to take the Caterham but it's looking like it'll be a very wet day so may take the Megane instead.

The problem with Anglesey is it's impossible to predict, e.g. on the 15th it was supposed to be thunderstorms all morning, with showers in the afternoon; turned out to be more or less wall-to-wall sunshine all day, just a tad breezy.

Well I promised ages ago that the other half could drive up there, so she's pretty determined to take the Caterham it seems! I'd better get the waterproofs packed...

Still hoping for dry weather.....

Fingers crossed for you - there's not many places which are nicer to be than Anglesey on a Sunny (and preferably not TOO windy) day. Which track are you on? If you've got the medium-length Coastal circuit, you're in for a proper treat...

Will be there in the Puma with a couple of friends. Will also be in there in the Fiesta, but may not be tracking that. Looking forward to it!

Both coastal and GP tracks. One in the morning and the other in the afternoon. Spent this evening sorting the car so we should be good to go smile

Cracking day,a bit busy at times on the track though.i did 150 miles in all.Not too many red flags and when they were it was for genuine incidents and cleared up quickly.
I much preferred the coastal circuit in the afternoon, the drop down the corkscrew is superb.
And those meganes are bloody quick!

Agreed, a brilliant day. Apologies for the second red flag, we lost all almost brakes coming into the last corner banghead

Some good driving all round I think, and yes, those Megane's really shifted! Fancy an R26.R now...

I enjoyed the afternoon on the coastal and the fact that it was wet. Just wish the person who was driving that green buggy thing got out of my way, must of spent 2 sessions following it!

Enjoyed the day, I was there in a yellow Caterham.

Enjoyed the afternoon rain session even if I did have a sideways moment coming onto the pit straight after the corkscrew!

I wish I'd had more time on the coastal circuit but it started raining and didn't fancy spinning the Caterham in the wet!

I love the GP circuit though, the extra two straights and hairpin gave me a few nice overtaking spots smile

Will definitely be making the trip there again.

The gp was boring for me I much preferred the twisty chicane bit in the coastal. I preferred the track in the wet which was a surprise. I had a load of fun sliding about as I purposely went in and put a pair of bald michelin cups on the rear lol.

I'd have stayed out if I had the Megane with me. It was a bit windy in the Caterham all day really, the long bend after the first hairpin was pretty crazy with the crosswinds.

Agreed - my line through Church each time seemed to be dictated by inshore/offshore gales!
