I went on one many years ago- my comment at the time was that if it was necessary to sell one's grandmother to do it then go ahead.

I hope your summer is just like 'link' filled with surprises.

I've been fortunate enough to do one , depends on which one and it might have changed over the least 4 years a little but a bit inhibiting in terms of 'get it wrong and that will be £4k for the splitter.. etc', slow down boards if you were going too fast (F1 car). The day I was on you drove a V8 Vantage, 996, then Ford and Vauxhall single seaters culmulating in the F1 drive - which was over so quick. I acutally enjoyed the other single seaters more trying to catch those in the F1 car ... Despite all that a great experience.... However I am also lucky enough to do PalmerSport 2 or 3 times a year , if it is a driving experience you are after then this wins hands down in my view . Better prepped cars , really good instructors and drive pretty well as fast as your abiltiy allows - for £1500 you'll be able to do it twice nearly..

Why don't you try Bedford, it ticks all boxes for Motorsport entertainment and around £700 it's a bargain enjoy
