Was there yesterday - that track really is the mutts. I thought the niggly nelly stuff in the middle would ruin what was a great track, but I honestly believe it has improved it while keeping many of the old features. The new bends add a good challenge to get the right lines and tests your skills and balls.

Oh, and in case you are thinking of going off backwards at the second of the esses corners (Nelson) in an open top car, change your mind. It is amazing how much sand and dust will fill your car.....

Think you'll find it's a Boxster S Ben, not a "sport".

Seems pretty unlikely the 7 will be in fit shape for Sunday and in any case I fancy tracking the Boxster properly, reckon it will be quite good. But yes, looking forward to it.

Weather is reasonably promising at the moment.
