Cadwell Park MX5 damper settings

Men of infinite Wisdom,
im at Cadwell on thursday this week for the firt time in my Eunos. i have koni adjustables all round and midlife 195 T1r's. What reccommendations can you give regarding damper settings and tyre pressures please. Im familiar with the circuit through video only and it seems suited to my modest power (standard 1.6) and superb handling.
(no recourse will be sought should it all go wrong
but any advise would be welcomed
