50 quid is outrageously cheap

What's the surface like, tyre shreddingly abrasive?

There is no link :-( I met the organiser/agent guy at squires last week (ford meeting) and it was advertised there. According to him the circuit is not silverstone smooth but then again it is an old airfield so imagine there will be quite a lot of concrete. He also said that there is a layout so you are not just driving round cones like at Elvington.

The surface isn't fantastic and a little bumpy in places, hence the cheap price. A friend of mine runs these days and for the money you can't beat it

Might have a look into this, but if I don't want to take the car on - is spectating allowed?

There is usually one a month but I'm not sure if this is the last one for this year

£50 is good value if it doesn't trash your tyres. If it does, it is expensive...

But for £50 it worth having a look see... wink

They are using the short circuit on this event which is around 1:20 a lap, I will try and upload a image of this later.
I have been told there is plans to reconstruct parts of the circuit but have no idea what these are.

ANY incar footage from this event ?

As a new enterprise, they appear very poor at sharing details of the venue / events. confused

The days are not being run directly by Yorkshire Autodrome hence lack of info on there website. These days are being run privately by a local organiser that usually runs these days for locals, that's not to say other are not welcome lol. Every time I contacted him he has been very helpful and the days well organised. Granted at the moment it's not silvers tone but for the money it's a good day out, evan just for testing new upgrades.

For a new venue, they don`t seem to be promoting their venue particularly well..

Even if they aren`t running the day, some footage from other events and some photos would be a start.

It`s pretty local to me, but I haven`t seen anything that makes me think "Do you know what, I`ll give that a go"... It seems particularly difficult to find out any meaningful details.

Perhaps in time it`ll improve.
