ah nice! decided to leave my Mk1 RS at home and bring the sax.

I'm probably doing some Christmas shopping at bluewater on Sunday, so i'll call in beforehand while building up courage....be interested to see how the Saxo goes, I've been thinking of getting one as a track car for a while!

I was there in my blue Clio 172 Cup (the one with idiot badges in the windows).. was a really good day, despite the weather and some pretty tricky conditions!

I was there in my silver clio 172, didn't enjoy the conditions much, no grip what so ever.

As a result I left at lunch.

Good fun though.

I've only ever done Lydden Hill before, fair to say a different calibre of venue, driving and vehicle at Brands.

I was supposed to be there, I even had a garage booked, the car loaded, the jerry can filled up, but on Saturday afternoon I had an electrical problem with the car I could not find and as it was raining in the morning I decided not to risk it cutting out on track.

Pretty pissed off, to be honest.

Just waiting on a day a sparkie can come round and Dort it, ready for the new year.

i had electrical issues on the Saturday all seemed ok until i got 2 miles from brands and i had to limp it there... looks like a Crank sensor bloody thing! took it out for an hour in the afternoon and it was going well despite the crap weather.... we were in the 106 most of the day.

Gutted about the weather though as the forecast said it would be clear!!

I was there in the Yellow Clio 200, the weather was good fun to be fair

Don't suppose anyone got any video, I need to invest in a rig I think.
