Track days without the need for a lisence

Hi,
I'm looking at organizing a track day or something a bit quicker than Honda/Daytona twin engine karts(which we frequently do.
However I need to try and include everyone in the team. A couple of whom are on bans and one who hasn't passed their driving test yet but can essentially drive a manual car.
Does anyone know of any track days or places that may cater for our needs? Ie: some sort of twin seat Radical/Caterham or similar experience.
