Can you recommend an experience day?
Discussion
Hi PHers,
Having just celebrated the start of a major new decade, I can feel the mid-life crisis brewing nicely.
There's no shame in this - I've decided to embrace the situation. I NEED to scratch an itch I've had for a while involving (hopefully) something with 12 cylinders, red and is Italian.
Is this possible on an experience day? I seek the advice of PHers as I've seen a number of YouTube experience day videos where the 'instructors' most common word is 'brake'. They look less satisfying to be frank.
Can anyone recommend a suitable 'get yer rocks off' experience?
Any advice much appreciated!

Palmersports days look impressive, but if you're someone of "normal" means, you'll need to re-mortgage the house and sell a few Organs.
As for a normal experience dsay driving a 12 cylinder Italian, you may be underwhelmed, they're quite restrictive from experience. If you want something where you'll be able to push the car a bit and learn something, I'd recommend the Exige 1-to-1 experience at Thruxton. 2x 7 Laps and if your competent and the instructor trusts you, you'll be able to push the car hard. When I went he kept getting me to push harder until the tail let go, so much more of an experience than 3 sedate laps in a Lambo. (and this from a hard-core Lambo fan).
